PerlDoc to HTML Python package

I looked it up in the web, because I needed Python package to convert POD with html. And nowhere to be found.

I feel like my lab tiles to be cover with like this.

Win32 binary of ClearSilver 0.10.4 for Python 2.5

I could not find ClearSilver with python 2.5 win32 binary package of that kind anywhere on the web,
And so, I'v compiled ClearSilver 0.10.4 with Python 2,5 on the Windows.
But, Windows Install Package cannot make and it is only Binary.
ClearSilver-0.10.4.win32-py2.5.zip are available from here.
